  • 1 smoked mackerel fillet
  • 1 apple
  • 2 handfuls watercress
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon juice

Method

  • Flake the mackerel.
  • Slice the apple.
  • Arrange with watercress and drizzle with dressing.

 

Why it’s good

Mackerel provides omega-3 fats, which are essential components of brain cell membranes and may support memory and concentration.
