What we share with others

Data relating to newsletters and website activity is tracked using a 3rd Party "Mailchimp". Your Data is stored securely and is only used for the following purposes:

Labs for functional tests

We share information such as name,  address,  sex and age along with contact information so that the labs can correctly process your tests.  This information is not shared for any other purpose. You can also read the individual Privacy Policies of Labs by following the links provided on the Functional Tests pages. We will link to the relevant labs Privacy Policy. We have a Data Processing Agreement with these labs that ensures that your data is only used for the purpose of providing test results.

Nitropack & Cloudflare

This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.

Clinic Management

We use a clinic management system called Practice Better for appointment booking, client communication, record keeping. When placing a booking, you will be invited to create an account with Practice Better which will allow to access appointments, use secure video conferencing with your practitioner, upload journals and medical records and to receive recommendations and health plans. All data is transmitted and stored using 256 bit encryption methods that adhere to GDPR, HIPAA & PIPEDA. When creating an account with Practice Better you will also need to agree to their T&C's and Privacy Policy. We also have a Data Processing Agreement with Practice Better to ensure that your data is stored and transmitted in a safe and secure manner.

 

Payments

All Credit Card payments taken on our website are taken securely using 256bit SSL encrypted pages to connect to our Payment Gateway "Stripe". They only store information relating to purchases made by yourself along with critical security-related information to reduce fraudulent activity. WooCommerce

We use Woocommerce as our shopping cart system on our website. Information collected in Woocommerce is entirely to assist with your orders. Payments made through our shopping cart are processed through our payment gateway "Stripe", who's privacy policy can be found here https://stripe.com/privacy-center/legal .

Purchases made through our shopping cart are also tracked using "Active Campaign", so that we can send relevant marketing material to you relating to your purchases and to promote products of interest. We also store this data so that you can access previous purchases within your account dashboard on our website.
