  • 250g turkey breast
  • 100g cooked quinoa
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh mint
  • Olive oil

Method

  • Cook and slice the turkey.
  • Combine with quinoa and herbs.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.

 

Why it’s good

Turkey contains tyrosine, an amino acid involved in the production of dopamine, while quinoa provides steady energy for the brain.
