Lottie Strutt – BSc Dip CNM

Lottie’s passion has always been to make a difference to people’s wellness.  Lottie trained as a physiotherapist graduating in 2007 where she has specialised initially in women’s health, focussing on post birth recovery, prolapse, urinary and bowel incontinence, and then her passion in children’s health took her to become an expert in working with children with cerebral palsy, learning and physical disabilities, sensory processing disorders as well as joint and muscular problems.

Lottie has always been able to use her hands on skills to know where her support was needed, yet she started to realise that without the basic building blocks of nutrition being established, physio wasn’t always as effective as she desired.

After her personal experience of immune dysfunction, Lottie visited a functional medicine practitioner and the outcome was life changing.  This gave her the opportunity to see the wholistic approach to wellbeing she had never experienced in her NHS work.

Lottie trained as a Nutritional Therapist through the College of Naturopathic medicine and has travelled to America to train in the concepts of functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Personalised Lifestyle Medicine Institute.

Lottie has been in a full emersion at Embracing Nutrition for many months.

Lottie is now taking on Nutritional Therapy clients in the following areas:

  • Women’s health
  • Children’s disability
  • Weight loss and general wellness
