Why it’s good for detoxification
Broccoli sprouts are particularly rich in glucoraphanin, which can be converted into sulforaphane.
Sulforaphane has been extensively studied for its interaction with cellular antioxidant and detoxification enzyme systems.
This makes broccoli sprouts particularly interesting when discussing nutritional support for normal liver detoxification.
Aubergine adds polyphenols and fibre, while millet provides a naturally gluten-free wholegrain.
