Why it’s good for detoxification
Eggs are an excellent source of choline, a nutrient particularly relevant to liver health and normal fat metabolism.
Brussels sprouts contain glucosinolates associated with the body’s normal detoxification enzyme systems.
Garlic contributes sulphur-containing compounds.
Turmeric provides curcuminoids, which have been widely studied for their antioxidant and inflammatory signalling effects.
Together, these ingredients provide several different nutrients relevant to normal liver function.
