Avoid supplements and medications on the day before and the day of collection. Consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to discontinuing any prescription medications.

2. Collect Your Sample at Home
   Every test comes with clear instructions on how to collect your samples.
3. Return Your Test
   Once you’ve collected your sample, simply return it to the lab using the prepaid shipping label included in your kit. Your samples need to be sent guaranteed next day delivery or via courier please do not send samples on a Friday.
4. Analysis and Result Interpretation
   Once processed, your results will be sent to us. We can then provide you with this information directly.
