Nutrients Testing Package

£840.00

A two-part assessment designed to give a complete picture of how your genetics and current nutrient status interact to shape health, energy, and resilience.

This package combines the Nutrient Core Genetic Test and the Health MOT (Nutreval). Together, they provide both a forward-looking genetic blueprint and a real-time snapshot of nutritional needs. The genetic test highlights predispositions around nutrient metabolism, food sensitivities, detoxification, and circadian rhythm, while the Health MOT measures over 125 biomarkers to reveal functional requirements for vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, and antioxidants.

By integrating genetic insights with biochemical testing, this package helps identify where your body may need extra support and guides personalised nutrition and supplement strategies

Key Information

  • Want a personalised approach to diet and supplementation
  • Struggle with fatigue, poor concentration, or mood imbalances
  • Experience food sensitivities or digestive issues
  • Have difficulty losing weight or managing blood sugar
  • Are concerned about premature ageing, bone health, or immune resilience
  • Wish to optimise recovery, performance, or long-term wellbeing
  • Want to reduce risk of chronic conditions through proactive nutrition

1. Nutrient Core Genetic Test

A cheek swab test that explores how your DNA influences diet, nutrient metabolism, and lifestyle responses. It provides a personalised genetic blueprint by assessing:

  • Vitamin metabolism: Folate, B12, A, C, D, K requirements and utilisation
  • Food sensitivities: Genetic susceptibility to gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, and salt-sensitive hypertension
  • Caffeine response: Variants determining whether caffeine boosts energy or disrupts sleep
  • Microbiome diversity: FUT2 gene variants linked to gut flora resilience
  • Detoxification capacity: Genetic markers for antioxidant defence and toxin clearance (e.g. GSTM1)
  • Metabolic regulation: Genes influencing fat metabolism, appetite control, and blood sugar regulation (e.g. FTO, TCF7L2, LEPR)
  • Inflammation pathways: TNF and IFNG variants affecting inflammatory resilience
  • Circadian rhythm: CLOCK and PER1 genes influencing sleep/wake cycles and energy timing

This test highlights predispositions that may explain challenges such as fatigue, food sensitivities, poor stress tolerance, or difficulty losing weight.

2. Health MOT (Nutreval)

A combined blood and urine test measuring over 125 biomarkers to provide a real-time snapshot of nutritional status and functional needs. It evaluates:

  • Antioxidants: Levels and requirements for vitamins C, E, glutathione, and other protective compounds
  • Minerals: Calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, iron, and essential trace elements
  • Vitamins: Comprehensive assessment of B-vitamins, vitamin D, vitamin A, and vitamin K
  • Essential fatty acids: Omega-3 and omega-6 balance linked to cardiovascular and inflammatory health
  • Amino acids: Protein building blocks for energy, neurotransmitter production, and tissue repair
  • Digestive function: Biomarkers for malabsorption, maldigestion, and gut health
  • Energy production: Mitochondrial function and biochemical pathway efficiency
  • Methylation balance: Essential for detoxification, DNA repair, and cardiovascular resilience
  • Oxidative stress: Markers of free radical load and antioxidant defence
  • Toxic exposures: Indicators of environmental burden and detoxification demand

The Health MOT provides a functional “scorecard” across multiple systems, highlighting where nutritional support may be most needed.

By combining genetic predisposition (Nutrient Core Genetic Test) with current functional status (Health MOT), this package offers both a long-term map and an immediate snapshot — guiding highly personalised nutrition and supplement strategies.
