Ingredients
- 250g organic beef strips
- 1 cup kale (chopped)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Method
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef strips and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned.
- Stir in ginger, turmeric, and tamari, then add red pepper and kale.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
