Ingredients

  • 250g organic beef strips
  • 1 cup kale (chopped)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Method

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add beef strips and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in ginger, turmeric, and tamari, then add red pepper and kale.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

 

Why it’s Good for Menopause:
Beef provides iron and B vitamins to combat fatigue, while kale is high in magnesium, which helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and support bone health. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory, helping to ease joint pain and brain fog.
