Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach (fresh)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in coconut cream, turmeric, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes until creamy.
