Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Method
- In a small pan, combine almond milk, flaxseed, coconut flour, mashed avocado, and cinnamon.
- Heat over medium, stirring continuously for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in coconut oil and serve warm.
