Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method

  1. In a small pan, combine almond milk, flaxseed, coconut flour, mashed avocado, and cinnamon.
  2. Heat over medium, stirring continuously for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Stir in coconut oil and serve warm.

Avocado adds extra monounsaturated fat and fibre, keeping carbs low and supporting energy, gut health, and hormone balance.
