About Amy Cooper

Hello! I’m Amy, a Nutritional Therapist and Wellbeing Coach. In clinic I support people with a wide range of health concerns, however, I have a special passion for helping people recover from chronic exhaustive conditions such as M.E., CFS and Fibromyalgia. Seeing many people suffering with these poorly understood, debilitating conditions, often waiting years to receive a medical diagnosis, and then with no real hope for recovery, I knew this was my calling!
After suffering myself for many years with IBS, Endometriosis and Acne Rosacea I turned to nutritional therapy to heal and rebalance my body naturally. I was so overwhelmed with the results that I knew I just had to make this my career.
I trained for three years with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist with distinction, and have since trained as an ILM-certified Wellbeing Coach, which has provided me with additional skills to be able to fully support people to achieve their health goals, by making positive lasting changes to their diet and lifestyle.
Nutritional Therapy is not a quick-fix, it takes determination and commitment, but it can be life-changing. I believe the body has the ability to heal itself naturally, if given the right tools and support to do so. The most self-empowering thing you can do today is take control
of your own health – I look forward to supporting you on your journey to wellness.
