Ingredients

  • 2 wild salmon fillets

  • 2 cups pak choi

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp miso paste (gluten-free)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Bake salmon at 200°C for 10–12 mins.

  2. Stir-fry greens with garlic & sesame oil.

  3. Mix miso with a splash of warm water and drizzle over.

Why it’s good for immune balance
Omega-3 helps immune cell messaging; miso supports gut microbiota; garlic promotes microbial balance.
