Ingredients

  • 2 wild salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 garlic clove, sliced

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 cup pak choi

  • ½ cup peas

  • 1 tsp tamari

Method

    1. Simmer broth with garlic and ginger.

    2. Add pak choi and peas.

    3. Add salmon and poach 8 minutes.

    4. Season with tamari.

Why it’s good

Salmon offers vitamin D and omega-3. Ginger has antiviral benefits. Broth comforts during colder nights.
