Why it’s good

This light summer salad replaces heavier creamy salads while supporting healthy circulation. Watercress is one of the richest natural sources of dietary nitrates, helping increase nitric oxide production. Walnuts provide omega-3 fats that support healthy blood vessels, while pears contribute soluble fibre for overall cardiovascular health.
