Ingredients

  • 250ml plain kefir (dairy-free if needed)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • Handful of blueberries

Method

  1. Mix kefir, chia, vanilla, and maple syrup in a jar.

  2. Chill overnight.

  3. Top with banana and blueberries before serving.

Why it’s good for gut health:
Kefir is a potent probiotic. Chia seeds contain prebiotic fibre. Blueberries support microbial diversity.
