Ingredients

  • 1 apple, cored

  • 150ml plain yoghurt (dairy-free if preferred)

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 100ml almond milk

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Serve chilled.

Why it’s good for gut health:
Live yoghurt delivers probiotics, apples provide pectin (a prebiotic), and flaxseeds feed healthy gut bacteria.
