Ingredients

  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • ½ cup raw sauerkraut

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Pinch sea salt

Method

  1. Lay lettuce leaves on a plate.

  2. Layer avocado, sauerkraut, lemon juice and sprinkle hemp seeds.

  3. Roll and serve as fresh wraps.

Raw sauerkraut delivers live cultures. Avocados provide prebiotic fibre, and hemp seeds support overall digestive health.
