Ingredients

  • 300g organic turkey mince

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 1 celery stick, chopped

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Cook turkey with ginger & turmeric.

  2. Add vegetables and cook until soft.

  3. Serve over greens or quinoa.

Why it’s good for immune balance
Turkey provides tryptophan for stress-immune buffering; turmeric modulates inflammation; veggies feed beneficial bacteria.
