Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground turkey or ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yellow onion, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ground sea salt
  • ¾ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1tsp dried basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Coconut oil or avocado oil, for frying

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix the mince mixture together.
  2. Shape the ground mince into patties using wet hands
  3. Fry on medium heat until cooked throughout and on both sides
  1. Serve in a bun of your choice!
