Ingredients
- 2 organic chicken thighs, minced or finely chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves (or sweet basil)
Method
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté garlic and chilli for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add coconut aminos and lime juice. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in basil leaves until wilted. Serve hot.
