Ingredients

  • 1 tin tuna
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • ½ cup Chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • 5 red grapes sliced
  • Quarter of a cup chopped celery.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ handful of mint, parsley, basil or coriander
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt

Method

  1. Only buy the best quality, fresh, organic is always best.
  2. Simply mix the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Finish it off by sprinkling a serving (1 tbsp) of seed mix

     

     NOTE: For a good hit of essential fats add sliced avocado. Add extra volume add baby spinach or lettuce of choice.
