Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato (roasted and mashed)

  • 1 cup cooked red lentils

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients into a thick mixture.

  2. Shape into small patties.

  3. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden, about 5 mins per side.
