Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set in the middle.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
