Ingredients
400g organic minced lamb
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp fresh chopped mint
1 egg (optional, helps bind; omit for lower carb if needed)
Salt & pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into small balls (~2.5 cm).
Place on a lined baking tray. Bake 18–20 mins until cooked through.
