Ingredients

  • 400g organic minced lamb

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped mint

  • 1 egg (optional, helps bind; omit for lower carb if needed)

  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into small balls (~2.5 cm).

  3. Place on a lined baking tray. Bake 18–20 mins until cooked through.
