Ingredients
- 220g gluten-free oat flour
- 80g tapioca starch
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 sachet yeast
- 2 eggs
- 250ml warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add eggs, water, and oil.
- Stir into a thick dough.
- Divide into rolls and rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 190°C for 28–30 minutes.
Why it’s good
These rolls are soft, fluffy, and hold together more like traditional bakery rolls than many dense gluten-free alternatives.
Flaxseed and psyllium provide structure without relying on gums, while the fibre content may support digestion and steadier blood sugar levels.
