Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight if possible)

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • Water as needed

  • Gluten-free crackers or vegetable crudités to serve

Method

  1. Blend almonds, sunflower seeds, oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and a splash of water until smooth-pate texture.

  2. Stir in parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  3. Chill in fridge at least 1 hour.
