Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight if possible)
½ cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Water as needed
Gluten-free crackers or vegetable crudités to serve
Method
Blend almonds, sunflower seeds, oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and a splash of water until smooth-pate texture.
Stir in parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Chill in fridge at least 1 hour.
