200g smoked salmon slices
1 large cucumber, thickly sliced
1 ripe avocado, mashed with lemon juice, salt & pepper
Fresh dill or chives
Method
Spread a little mashed avocado onto each cucumber slice.
Top with a piece of smoked salmon.
Garnish with dill or chives.
