Ingredients

  • 200g smoked salmon slices

  • 1 large cucumber, thickly sliced

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed with lemon juice, salt & pepper

  • Fresh dill or chives

Method

  1. Spread a little mashed avocado onto each cucumber slice.

  2. Top with a piece of smoked salmon.

  3. Garnish with dill or chives.
