As the test is looking at genetic code, which is fixed, the test is not impacted by illness, infections, medication, the food you eat, or supplements you take.

To avoid contamination of the sample, please abstain from eating/drinking for at least 1 hour before testing.

The Nervous System Genetic Test is suitable for any age; however, when testing a child under 18, parental consent is required.

2. Collect Your Sample at Home
   Every test comes with clear instructions on how to collect your samples.

   Once you’ve collected your sample, simply return it to the lab using the prepaid shipping label included in your kit. Your samples need to be sent guaranteed next day delivery or via courier please do not send samples on a Friday.

   Once processed, your results will be sent to us. We can then provide you with this information directly.
