This test is ideal for individuals experiencing:

The Gut Barrier Panel measures:

• Zonulin, a key marker of intestinal permeability

• Occludin and Actomyosin, proteins indicating tight junction damage

• Lipopolysaccharides (LPS), markers of immune reactivity and microbial translocation

These markers offer insight into gut barrier integrity and systemic inflammation.

A simple blood sample is required. The test kit includes all necessary materials and instructions. A fingerprick kit is available for children if required.

Results are available approximately 4 weeks after the lab receives the sample.

No fasting or dietary changes are needed.
Avoid testing during or immediately after antibiotic or steroid use (seek practitioner guidance if unsure).

The test can be taken by adults and children over 2 years of age. A finger-prick collection kit is available for children if required.

2. Collect Your Sample at Home
   Every test comes with clear instructions on how to collect your samples.
3. Return Your Test
   Once you’ve collected your sample, simply return it to the lab using the prepaid shipping label included in your kit. Your samples need to be sent guaranteed next day delivery or via courier please do not send samples on a Friday.
4. Analysis and Result Interpretation
   Once processed, your results will be sent to us. We can then provide you with this information directly.
