This test is ideal for adults and children experiencing:

The FIT 176 test measures immune reactions (IgG and immune complexes) to:

• 176 foods, colourings, and additives

• Common allergens and inflammatory triggers

• Gut Barrier Panel markers for intestinal permeability and inflammation

A simple blood sample is required. The test kit includes all necessary materials and instructions. A fingerprick kit is available for children if required.

Results are available approximately 4 weeks after the lab receives the sample.

There are no specific dietary or medication restrictions.
However, you should not take the test if you have taken antibiotics in the past 2 weeks or steroids in the last 3 days, unless otherwise advised.

The test can be taken by adults and children over 2 years of age. A finger-prick collection kit is available for children if required.

2. Collect Your Sample at Home
   Every test comes with clear instructions on how to collect your samples.
3. Return Your Test
   Once you’ve collected your sample, simply return it to the lab using the prepaid shipping label included in your kit. Your samples need to be sent guaranteed next day delivery or via courier please do not send samples on a Friday.
4. Analysis and Result Interpretation
   Once processed, your results will be sent to us. We can then provide you with this information directly.
