Ingredients
- 1 tin sardines in olive oil
- 250g baby potatoes
- 2 large handfuls watercress
- 4 radishes, sliced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh parsley
- Black pepper
Method
- Boil the baby potatoes until tender and allow them to cool slightly.
- Arrange the potatoes with the watercress and sliced radishes.
- Add the sardines.
- Finish with lemon juice, parsley and black pepper.
