Ingredients

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 tin sardines in olive oil

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Sprinkle of black pepper

Method

  1. Mash avocado onto toast.

  2. Top with sardines, lemon juice, and pepper.
