Ingredients
1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Juice of 1 lime
Gluten-free taco shells
Shredded lettuce and avocado (optional toppings)
Method
Toss cauliflower in oil and spices.
Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Drizzle with lime juice.
Fill taco shells with cauliflower and toppings.

Cauliflower is rich in antioxidants. Cumin and lime support digestion and reduce inflammation.
