Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Freeze in a shallow container, stirring occasionally.

Why it’s healthy:
Raspberries are high in antioxidants. Basil supports digestion and has calming effects.
