Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of cauliflower (“steaks”)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 100g dairy-free halloumi-style cheese, such as Violife Mediterranean Style Grill Me, Green Vie VeGrill, or Tesco Plant Chef Halloumi-Style Cheese
Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan and season cauliflower with garlic and oregano.
- Cook cauliflower steaks for 4–5 minutes per side.
- Add halloumi-style slices in the last 2–3 minutes and cook until lightly browned.
