Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices of cauliflower (“steaks”)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 100g dairy-free halloumi-style cheese, such as Violife Mediterranean Style Grill Me, Green Vie VeGrill, or Tesco Plant Chef Halloumi-Style Cheese

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and season cauliflower with garlic and oregano.
  2. Cook cauliflower steaks for 4–5 minutes per side.
  3. Add halloumi-style slices in the last 2–3 minutes and cook until lightly browned.
