Organic Lamb Chop with Steamed Kale and Parsnip Mash

Ingredients

  • 2 organic lamb chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 medium parsnips, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups kale, chopped

Method

  1. Rub lamb chops with olive oil and rosemary.
  2. Grill or pan-fry for 4–5 minutes per side.
  3. Boil parsnips until soft, then mash with olive oil and sea salt.
  4. Steam kale for 5 minutes. Serve with lamb and mash.

 

Why this is good for lowering histamine:
Fresh organic lamb is low in histamine. Kale and parsnips are rich in fibre, vitamin C, and support the body’s natural histamine clearance.
