Ingredients

  • 200g organic chicken breast, sliced

  • 1 tbsp white miso

  • 100g asparagus, trimmed

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp tamari

Method

  1. Sauté chicken in oil until golden.

  2. Add asparagus and garlic, stir-fry for 2 mins.

  3. Mix miso with a splash of water and tamari, stir in.

  4. Cook for another 3 mins and serve.

Why it’s good for gut health:
Miso brings probiotics, garlic supports gut flora, asparagus provides prebiotic fibre (inulin).
