Ingredients

  • 2 mackerel fillets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • 1 cup kale or spinach

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method

  1. Grill mackerel fillets for 5 minutes each side.

  2. Sauté garlic and greens in olive oil, add lemon juice.

  3. Serve fish on top of greens.

Mackerel is rich in DHA and EPA omega-3s, which enhance cognitive performance and reduce anxiety.
