Ingredients

  • 200g organic lamb mince

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 cup riced cauliflower

  • 1/2 cucumber, diced

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Mix lamb with cumin, garlic, cinnamon, and mint. Form koftas.

  2. Grill or pan-fry until browned and cooked through.

  3. Mix cauliflower, cucumber, lemon, and oil for tabbouleh.

  4. Serve together.

Why it’s good for you:
Grass-fed lamb is high in zinc and CLA. Cauliflower is great for detox support and gut motility.
