Ingredients
200g organic lamb mince
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 cup riced cauliflower
1/2 cucumber, diced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Mix lamb with cumin, garlic, cinnamon, and mint. Form koftas.
Grill or pan-fry until browned and cooked through.
Mix cauliflower, cucumber, lemon, and oil for tabbouleh.
Serve together.
