Ingredients

  • 400g organic lamb mince

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt and pepper

  • ½ cup fermented slaw

  • 100ml plain yoghurt (dairy-free if needed)

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Method

  1. Mix lamb with cumin, garlic, salt. Shape into koftas.

  2. Grill or bake for 12–15 mins.

  3. Mix yoghurt and mint for dipping.

  4. Serve with fermented slaw.

Why it’s good for gut health:
Fermented slaw adds probiotics. Lamb is rich in zinc, essential for gut repair. Garlic and mint support digestion.
