Ingredients
400g organic lamb mince
1 tsp cumin
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper
½ cup fermented slaw
100ml plain yoghurt (dairy-free if needed)
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Method
Mix lamb with cumin, garlic, salt. Shape into koftas.
Grill or bake for 12–15 mins.
Mix yoghurt and mint for dipping.
Serve with fermented slaw.
