Ingredients
- 1/2 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes.
- Mix tahini, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and a splash of water.
- Drizzle dressing over roasted cauliflower to serve.
