Ingredients

  • 1 pack Violife Mediterranean Style grill me (or GreenVie Veggrill)

  • 1/2 courgette, sliced

  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into chunks

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Dried oregano and black pepper

Method

  1. Alternate cheese, pepper, and courgette on skewers.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and herbs.

  3. Grill for 3–4 mins each side until golden.

  4. Serve with lemon wedge.
