Ingredients

  • 2 fresh mackerel fillets

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat grill.

  2. Brush mackerel with lemon, oil, and dill.

  3. Grill skin-side up for 5–6 minutes.

  4. Serve with steamed greens or salad.

Why it’s good:
Mackerel is high in omega-3, a powerful anti-inflammatory. Lemon and dill support detox pathways.
