Ingredients
500g lamb mince
1 onion, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
200ml coconut yoghurt
Handful fresh mint, chopped
Method
Mix lamb, onion, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper.
Shape into koftas, grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Mix coconut yoghurt with mint.
Serve koftas with mint yoghurt.
