Ingredients

  • 1 pot of natural Yoghurt (full fat preferable)

  • Two large cups of Porridge oats

  • 1 egg

  • Two handfuls of mixed seeds

  • 2 heaped teaspoons of bicarb of soda

Method

  1. Mix all together (just use a wooden spoon and can be difficult in thebeginning but eases up)
  2. Place the mixture in a loaf tin
  3. Put the loaf tin into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from the oven and loaf tin and leave to cool before cutting.

         NOTE: Add olives, herbs, garlic or sundried tomatoes for a savoury loafAdd raisins or dried fruit for a sweet bite to your bread.
