Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • Sparkling water

  • Ice

Method

  1. Muddle cucumber and mint.

  2. Add lime juice and vinegar.

  3. Top with sparkling water and serve over ice.

Why it’s healthy:
Apple cider vinegar and mint support digestion. Cucumber hydrates and soothes.
