Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 broccoli head, chopped

  • 1 cup peas

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • Sea salt & pepper

Method

  1. Sauté onion.

  2. Add broccoli, peas, and broth. Simmer 10 mins.

  3. Blend with coconut milk and season.

Why it’s good for immune balance
Sulforaphane in broccoli regulates immune pathways; peas add fibre and plant protein; coconut soothes gut lining.
