Ingredients

  • 1 pack almond flour (200g)

  • 4 tablespoons butter (grass-fed)

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup/coconut nectar1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice) 1/2 teaspoon cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon bicarb of soda

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • A shake of sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 120o C
  2. Blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Roll into individual balls
  4. Place on a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

 

     NOTE: You may want to add in raisins or finely chopped apricots for added sweetness for the kids.
