Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 200ml almond milk

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp almonds, chopped

Method

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, and cinnamon.

  2. Chill 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Top with blueberries and almonds.

Why it’s good for eye health:
Blueberries are loaded with anthocyanins that support night vision, while almonds offer vitamin E for cellular protection.
